Yin Yoga class will be offered once a month over the fall/winter on 11/19, 12/17, 1/21, and 2/18 with Jen Stratakis
Yin Yoga is a relaxed and mindful practice of sustained postures (up to 10 min.) focused on stimulating the "chi" in the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping students to open the body while cultivating their ability to tune in and listen before surrendering to (rather than trying to control) their feelings.
