Intro to Yoga 5 Week Series


For new beginners or existing students wanting to review the basics.

Learn to safely perform yogic postures, transitions and breathing techniques.
Meets Wednesdays at 7:30 for 4 weeks ( 1/10, 17, 24 and 31)- the 5th class is your choice from the current regular class schedule.
Missed classes can be made up with any other studio class.
$65 for 5 classes
