For new beginners or existing students wanting to review the basics.

Learn to safely perform yogic postures, transitions and breathing techniques.
Meets Sundays at noon for 5 consecutive weeks - the 6th class is your choice from the current regular class schedule.
Missed classes can be made up with any other studio class.
$60 for 6 classes
