Experience deep relaxation while using props to support the body in yoga postures.
In this class we will use supported relaxation as a tool to bring the body into homeostasis. In addition, warm stones will be placed on the body to aid the release of physical and mental tension.
Guided Pranayama (breathing exercises) and mudra (yoga hand gestures) may be used to help students rest deeply.
All levels class, for everyone. Long sleeves, long pants and socks are recommended for this practice. Masks are optional
