We are please to be offering a Family Yoga class. Families with young children ages 6 weeks to 6 years are welcome to attend. (older siblings are welcome, too, but the class will be geared more toward the younger ones) Meditation and yoga poses will be introduced in a fun, non competitive manner. Parents, you will be getting to do some yoga, too!. Although the class is listed as 1 hour, we hope to get 45 minutes of actual class time in. $20/family. At this point, masks are still required for anyone over 2.
